ragerMediaInfo provides rich media information such as title, artist, album, and optionally the album cover. It updates instantly whenever the track changes and integrates seamlessly with Windows’ native media API for maximum compatibility.

Supported Applications (via Windows GSMTC API)

The plugin uses the Windows 10/11 Global System Media Transport Controls Session Manager (GSMTC) - the same API used by Windows itself (Media overlay, hardware media keys, etc.). Any media player that integrates with GSMTC will work automatically.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Spotify (app + web)
• YouTube / YouTube Music (via browser)
• Apple Music Web
• Amazon Music (app + web)
• Foobar2000
• Chrome, Edge, Opera, Firefox, Vivaldi (any media with metadata)
• Windows Media Player

If Windows shows the song in the volume flyout or your keyboard’s play/pause keys work this plugin should work.
